DMDS Solutions ("we", "our", "us") provides internet and related services in Pune, Maharashtra. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Identity & contact details: name, address, mobile number, email, and KYC documents (identity/address proof) as mandated by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for all internet subscribers in India.
• Service data: your plan, connection address, device/router details, payment and recharge history.
• Usage logs: connection session logs (login time, IP assignment, data volume) which we are legally required to maintain under our ISP license conditions. We do not monitor or record the content of your browsing.
• Communication records: service requests, complaints, and WhatsApp/phone interactions with our support team.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, activate, bill, and service your connection.
• To notify you about plan expiry, offers, and service updates (SMS/WhatsApp/phone).
• To comply with legal obligations under the Indian Telegraph Act, IT Act 2000, and DoT/TRAI license conditions.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways. We do not store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our systems. Payment data is handled entirely by the payment gateway under their own security certifications (PCI-DSS).

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Information is shared only with: (a) government/law-enforcement authorities when legally required under our ISP license; (b) our upstream service and technology partners strictly to the extent needed to deliver the service; and (c) the payment gateway for processing your transactions.

5. Data retention & security

KYC and usage logs are retained for the periods mandated by DoT regulations. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.

You may request a copy of, or correction to, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the details below. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by informing our support team; service-related messages (expiry, outage) will continue as they are essential to the service.
