Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. New connections
- If we are unable to install your connection due to technical non-feasibility, any amount paid is refunded in full.
- If you cancel before installation, the full amount is refunded.
2. Recharges & plan payments
- Prepaid recharges are activated immediately and are non-refundable once the plan is active, except in the cases below.
- Duplicate/double payment: the extra amount is refunded in full, or adjusted against your next renewal — your choice.
- Failed transaction: if money is debited but the plan is not activated, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway; if not received within 7 working days, contact us and we will resolve it with the gateway.
- Wrong plan purchased: inform us within 24 hours of payment and we will adjust the amount to the correct plan.
3. Mid-term cancellation
- Monthly plans: no refund for the part-used month.
- Long-duration plans (90/180/365 days): if you permanently discontinue (e.g., relocation outside our coverage), the unused full months are refunded after deducting used months at the equivalent monthly rate, subject to return of the company router in working condition.
4. Refund mode & timeline
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer/UPI to the registered customer.
