Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to or using any DMDS Solutions internet service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service & eligibility

• Services are provided subject to technical feasibility at your address within our coverage area.
• KYC documents (identity and address proof) are mandatory before activation, as required by DoT regulations.
• The connection is for the registered address only and may not be resold or shared outside the premises without a commercial agreement.

2. Plans, pricing & renewal

• Residential plan prices are all-inclusive of applicable taxes. Business plans are quoted exclusive of GST, with a GST invoice provided.
• Plans are prepaid and valid for the period purchased (30/90/180/365 days). Service is suspended automatically on expiry and resumes on renewal.
• Advertised speeds are maximum speeds up to your plan level, measured on a wired connection to the router; WiFi speeds vary with device, distance, and interference.
• Yearly-plan benefits (bonus months, renewal offers) apply as published on our official rate card at the time of purchase.

3. Equipment

The fiber ONU/router provided free with new connections remains the property of DMDS Solutions and must be returned in working condition upon permanent disconnection. Damage due to customer negligence, electrical surge without earthing, or tampering may be charged at cost.

4. Fair & lawful use

• Unlimited plans are for genuine personal/household (or subscribed business) use.
• Use of the service for unlawful activities, network abuse, spamming, or commercial resale is prohibited and may lead to suspension and reporting as required by law.

5. Service & support

We aim to resolve complaints at the earliest through our local support team. Planned maintenance will be intimated where possible. No service credit is due for outages caused by power failure at the customer premises, customer equipment, or force majeure events.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or regulatory direction. You may discontinue at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the unused portion of your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
